Here at PremiereHost.net we are always looking out for our clients and trying to ensure the best and easiest solutions are available to them. Over the next two (2) days we willl be switching our system to the "Prorata" System. This means that all clients (yes, you!) will be billed on the same day, and all invoices will be due on the same day. We are doing this in best interest of you, in which we will be able to assist you and other clients faster when it comes to Billing Questions and Concerns as we will no longer usually have to open up your profile if the concern is not specific to you.

We have included a few small notes below:

  • ALL current subscriptions (via PayPal) will be revoked so the system will not get confused with old due dates. You can start a new subscription to our company when your next invoice is generated.
  • If you currently have any invoice generated, pay it as normal. We will take notes of all clients individually while we make changes to their account, to ensure that they are not paying more than they should be.

If you are on a monthly cycle and:

    • Your due date is between the 15th and 30th, it will be switched to the 1st of the next coming month (yay, you get free days of service!)
    • Your due date is between the 2nd and 14th  of the 1st of a month, your next invoice will be based on your current recurring amount, divided by the amount of days in a month, multiplied by the remaing days to the 1st, plus the next months invoice. After July 1st, 2014, your invoices will return to the normal amount.
    • Your due date is on the 1st, you have not a single thing to worry about!
  • If you are on a annual plan:
    • Our administrations are working on a solution for you, but what is decided will be in best interest of you and your services, and it won't cost you any extra money!
